Global Talent Partners is excited to present an opportunity for an experienced Veterinarian to step into a Veterinary Medical Director position with a progressive, full-service companion animal hospital in the Allentown, Pennsylvania area.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity combining clinical practice, medical leadership and team development within a supportive hospital environment. An interest in exotic medicine is welcomed but entirely optional, allowing you to focus exclusively on companion animals if preferred.

This established hospital provides comprehensive care for dogs and cats alongside birds, reptiles, rabbits, ferrets, pocket pets and other exotic species.

You’ll work alongside an experienced veterinary team supported by Licensed Veterinary Technicians, veterinary assistants and dedicated client care professionals, providing strong support across consultations, diagnostics, procedures and patient care.

The Opportunity

As Veterinary Medical Director, you’ll remain actively involved in clinical practice while providing leadership and direction to the wider medical team.

You’ll have the autonomy to shape the hospital’s clinical direction while remaining closely involved with patients, clients and the day-to-day veterinary team.
