• New Graduate Veterinarians receive structured onboarding and first-rate mentorship from our knowledgeable Chief of Staff and team
• Tailored mentorship includes 1:1 surgical training, longer appointment times, additional surgical opportunities, and consistent doctor support throughout the first year
• Ongoing development through Zoom calls, roundtable discussions, peer advisors, Slack case discussions, and networking with experienced veterinarians

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality veterinary care for dogs, cats, and pocket pets within a full-service, community-focused practice
• Collaborate with RVTs and CVAs and support staff to deliver comprehensive medicine and surgery
• Utilize in-house IDEXX lab, ultrasound, digital radiography, and other diagnostic tools to support treatment decisions

• Competitive base salary of $150,000 – $200,000+, with production (based on a 40-hour workweek / 4 tens and experience level)
