  • Hospital Performance: Collaborate with leadership to develop operational plans, oversee financial performance, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Growth & Development: Lead medical meetings, supervise externship and mentorship programs, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and recruitment.
  • Community Engagement: Represent the hospital through outreach at schools, universities, and local events, strengthening community ties.
Qualifications & Skills:
