Global Talent Partners Veterinary seeks a full-time Veterinarian for a busy, small-animal practice in Carol Stream, IL. The role offers strong clinical autonomy, robust support, and plenty of room for growth as you care for a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
• Active Illinois veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Strong communication, client-service, and team-collaboration skills
• Competence in routine surgery and dentistry, with a preventive-care focus

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive preventive care and manage common medical concerns
• Perform routine soft tissue surgery (including spay/neuter) and general dentistry
• Utilize on-site diagnostics: digital radiography, dental x-ray, and in-house laboratory testing
• Create individualized treatment plans and communicate clearly with clients
• Collaborate with credentialed technicians and assistants to support efficient, high-quality workflows
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records and uphold safety and quality standards
• Participate in shared weekend or extended hours consistent with seven-day operations
• Engage in ongoing training, CE, and case collaboration
