Responsibilities

• Around 18 appointments per day, with 1–2 surgery days per week, you help shape the split.
• General practice mixed with a dedicated urgent care service, so no two days look identical.
• Surgery and dentistry coaching, quarterly doctor training, and individual mentorship in growth areas.
