Qualifications

• DVM degree and veterinary license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care for small animals with a thoughtful, station-by-station approach.
• Perform routine wellness visits and sick visits with case workups.
• Collaborate with the two-doctor team to optimize patient care and client communication.
• Mentor and support newer veterinarians as needed.

Cape Charles Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time veterinarian to join our collaborative two-doctor small animal practice on Virginia's Eastern Shore.

You’ll have weekends off, a predictable schedule, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to practice quality medicine at a thoughtful pace — all while living minutes from the Chesapeake Bay.

We’re currently offering a $125,000 signing bonus package for a full-time veterinarian.
