Job description

Associate Veterinarian
Come practice medicine in a place where you’re supported, valued, and have time to be a veterinarian.

We’re looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join our small animal practice and a team that genuinely enjoys working together.

We believe great veterinary medicine and a great quality of life can coexist. We’ve intentionally created a collaborative, supportive environment where our doctors can focus on practicing medicine without feeling like they have to do everything themselves.

We want our veterinarians to be veterinarians.
Our skilled technicians and support staff are trusted and empowered to do their jobs. We believe everyone should work at the top of their skill set, allowing our veterinarians to focus on what they do best—examining patients, diagnosing, developing treatment plans, performing procedures, and communicating with clients.

You’ll have a capable team around you whose job is to support you and help the day run smoothly.

A team that actually feels like a team.
We value collaboration over competition. Our doctors share ideas, talk through cases, and support one another. We treat each other with kindness and respect, and we want our workplace to be somewhere people genuinely enjoy coming to each day.

We’re also a relationship-driven practice. We love the personal side of general practice—getting to know our clients, caring for their pets throughout their lives, and becoming the veterinarian their family knows and trusts.

Your life outside of work matters, too.
We believe you can have a fulfilling career in veterinary medicine without sacrificing everything outside of it. Family, vacations, hobbies, and time to recharge matter to us.

We’re looking for someone who is kind, collaborative, approachable, and passionate about providing excellent care. Experienced veterinarians are welcome, and we’re also happy to meet a newer veterinarian looking for mentorship and a supportive place to grow.

If you’re looking for a practice where you can focus on being a great veterinarian, have a strong team behind you, and still have a life outside of work, we’d love to meet you.
