Associate Veterinarian Westfield, Massachusetts

Global Talent Partners is excited to present an excellent opportunity for an Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established, AAHA-accredited small animal practice in Westfield, Massachusetts.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive five-doctor team with a strong range of experience, excellent technology and a genuine commitment to mentorship, professional development and high-quality patient care.

The Practice

You’ll be joining a collaborative team of 5 DVMs, ranging from early-career veterinarians through to highly experienced clinicians, supported by an impressive 2:1 support staff-to-DVM ratio.

The practice provides comprehensive care for dogs and cats, with an emphasis on preventative medicine, client education and high-quality clinical standards.

Facilities and equipment include:
  • Digital radiography
  • Digital dental radiography
  • New ultrasound equipment
  • Hands-free radiology capabilities
  • Laser therapy
  • Acupuncture
  • Dedicated patient-care appointments with CVTs
  • AAHA accreditation
  • Fear Free-certified team members

The team also provides a strong learning environment, with opportunities to collaborate, share knowledge and develop areas of clinical interest.

The Role

This is a full-time Associate Veterinarian position with alternating Saturdays.

The schedule is:
  • MondayFriday: 8am8pm
  • Saturday: 8am1pm
  • Sundays closed
  • Alternating Saturday schedule

The practice is particularly interested in veterinarians who are passionate about patient care, enjoy working collaboratively and want to continue developing their clinical skills.

New graduates are encouraged to apply, with dedicated mentorship available to help you transition confidently into practice.
