The Role
- Provide comprehensive wellness and medical exams, develop diagnostic and treatment plans, and communicate clearly with clients
- Perform general soft-tissue surgery and dentistry within a dedicated surgical suite using electronic patient monitoring and best-practice anesthesia and pain-management protocols
- Utilize in-house lab, on-site pharmacy, digital radiography, ultrasound, and therapeutic laser to deliver efficient, high-quality care
- Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to controlled substance procedures
- Collaborate with technicians and support staff to optimize workflow, uphold hospital protocols, and support continuous improvement
- Participate in professional development and mentorship, either as a mentee or mentor
Requirements
- DVM or VMD from an accredited institution
- License to practice (or eligibility for licensure) in Arizona
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Authorization to work in the United States
