The deal includes a high compensation package starting at $110k plus monthly production bonuses at 22%, full benefits, a $3500 CE allowance, relocation help, and generous vacation time.

Soldotna Animal Hospital, on the Kenai Peninsula of Alaska has been proudly and professionally serving the community since 1999. We are the only site within 250 miles that supports both GP andER medicinefor our loyal and robust community of animal lovers. We are looking to continue to support our dedicated team by bringing on an additional doctor. This position will allow us to flex our time between our steady flow of GP appointments and our growing number of emergency that rely solely on our well-equipped team.

The deal:

• High Market Compensation Package ($110+ ...monthly production bonuses at 22%)
• Full benefits (health, vision, dental) + 401k with 3% company match
• $3500 Annual CE allowance (additional week off)
• Relocation Package – moving expenses, down payment and/or loan assistance
• 3-4 week vacation and Leisure Bonuses (time and money) are standard
• 4-5 days per week for full time, with rotating on-call and 1-2 weekends per month
