Animal Medical Center San Rafael is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our spacious 4,000 sq ft practice just north of San Francisco. Our team delivers compassionate patient care with a collaborative, supportive environment and modern equipment.

We offer a salary range of $180k–$200k plus production bonus, long-term incentive cash, generous CE, relocation assistance and sign-on up to $75k. Flexible scheduling, 401(k) match, licenses and dues covered, and a work‑life balance culture.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD or equivalent from an accredited university required.
• Compassionate, client-centered approach to care.

Clinic Snapshot

• Practice type: Small Animal General Practice
• Avg. daily patient volume: ~14.5 patients per doctor
• Support staff ratio: ~1-3 per DVM
• Case mix: General Practice Soft-tissue surgeries such as spay/neuter, mass removal, laceration repair, cystotomy, gastropexy, enucleation, and general preventative wellness care.
• Technology & equipment: 3 exam rooms; in-house labs (blood and urine); in-house digital radiology and ultrasound; dentals; digital dental radiology.
