Global Talent Partners is working with an established companion animal practice on Maryland's beautiful Eastern Shore that is seeking a veterinarian to join its dedicated team.

The hospital is a well‑established, small community practice led by an experienced husband‑and‑wife leadership team, with one serving as the Medical Director and the other as Practice Manager. Due to the size of the hospital, every team member plays an important role, creating a collaborative atmosphere where your opinions and clinical input are genuinely valued. The position would suit a veterinarian who enjoys autonomy while still having access to the resources and support of a larger veterinary network.

The practice focuses exclusively on small animal medicine and offers a comprehensive range of services including preventative healthcare, wellness examinations, vaccinations, diagnostics, dentistry, soft tissue surgery, urgent care appointments and internal medicine workups. The hospital embraces Fear Free principles and low‑stress handling techniques, helping to create a positive experience for both patients and their owners.
