Sploot Veterinary Care is expanding to New Jersey in 2027 and invites veterinarians to shape the future of vet care in a community-driven city. You’ll practice high-quality medicine with a fully staffed nursing team, enabling focus on patients rather than chaos.

The role offers flexible schedules (3/10s, 3/12s, 4/10s or rotating 3- and 4-day weeks), a strong nurse-to-DVM ratio, collaborative medicine with Medical Directors, and a balanced mix of urgent care and wellness cases.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD licensed (or eligible) in New Jersey.
• TN visa support available for Canadian and Mexican veterinarians.
• Experience in general practice, urgent care, or emergency.
• Comfortable asking questions and eager to grow and develop skills.
• Bonus points for surgery and dental experience.
