Job summary

Global-Talent-Partners is seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian for a privately owned small animal hospital in Plano, TX. You will deliver high-quality medical and surgical care while benefiting from a modern facility and supportive team.

The schedule features a four-day work week, Monday–Friday, with alternate Saturday shifts and no Sundays or on-call duties. Base salary ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 per year, plus a 20% production bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • DVM or equivalent veterinary degree required; Texas licensure or eligibility.
  • Licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in Texas.
  • Experience in small animal general practice (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality medical and surgical care.
  • Performing consultations and preventive healthcare appointments.

The Opportunity

As an Associate Veterinarian, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional care to companion animals while working collaboratively with a highly supportive team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Candidate Requirements
