Compensation: $150k–$200k per year

Overview

Global Talent Partners is seeking a compassionate and motivated Veterinarian for a dynamic, multi‑doctor practice in Pflugerville, TX. The hospital offers an integrative approach to veterinary care, blending advanced diagnostics with holistic and specialty services.

About the Practice

Our well‑established facility provides care for a diverse patient base – dogs, cats, and a wide array of exotic species. Key in‑house capabilities include a full‑surgery suite, digital radiology (including dental), ultrasonography, EKG, video otoendoscopy, tonometry, a fully stocked pharmacy, and a closely monitored hospitalization area. Integrative services such as chiropractic therapy, acupuncture, cryosurgery, and Chinese herbal medicine are available, along with orthopedic surgery (including ACL repairs), soft tissue surgery, transfusions, and comprehensive pain‑management programs.

Case Load

• Approx. 50% canine/feline
• Approx. 50% exotic and pocket pets (rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, hedgehogs, reptiles, sugar gliders, etc.)

Ideal for new graduates eager to learn or seasoned professionals seeking autonomy, this role offers exceptional mentorship, a diverse caseload, and support from a team of experienced technicians and veterinarians, including a Board‑Certified Specialist in Exotic Companion Mammals.

Responsibilities
  • Perform physical exams, diagnostics, surgery, and dental procedures with a high standard of care
  • Educate and communicate effectively with pet owners regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and preventive care
  • Maintain comprehensive and up‑to‑date patient records
  • Participate in staff development and mentorship
  • Stay current with veterinary best practices and continuing education
  • Represent the hospital positively within the veterinary community
Candidate Profile
  • DVM or equivalent from an accredited institution
  • License (or eligibility) to practice in Texas
