Veterinarian – Medical Director/Partnership Pathway

• Salary: $145,000 - $165,000 per year + production (no negative accrual for the first twelve months)
• Sign on Bonus: Up to $25,000
• Location: 444 E. Northwest Highway, Palatine, IL 60074

Loving Care Animal Hospital is hiring a full-time Veterinarian to provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care to a variety of animals, including cats and dogs. This is an exciting opportunity for a doctor who is not only looking to practice high‑quality medicine but is also interested in growing into a Medical Director and potential partner role.

What to Expect

• A schedule that respects your time. Our last appointment of the day is at 5:30pm (M/T/F) and 6:30pm (W/H). We offer a 4‑day work week with consistent weekday hours, no weekends, and no on‑call responsibilities. Doctors work until close, with a daily lunch hour reserved between 1pm–2pm.
• A 2:1 staff to doctor ratio. You will have the support—and respect—you need to be excellent for our patients. Our experienced technicians manage all tasks beyond doctor‑specific responsibilities, so you can stay focused on practicing medicine and caring for patients.
