Job summary

Sploot Veterinary Care in Illinois is seeking a DVM (or eligible) for a 3–4 day workweek with no overnights. Expect 45-minute appointments, strong pre-visit triage, and a fully staffed nursing team to support patient care and physician focus.

• Illinois DVM/VMD licensed (or eligible) required.
• 1+ year experience preferred.
• Comfortable asking questions and growing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality veterinary care with 45-minute appointments and a balanced mix of urgent care and wellness cases.
• Collaborate with Medical Directors for consultations and leverage a nurse-driven support team.
• Engage in ongoing learning and clinical development within a fully staffed nursing team.
