$120K-$150K Base + 21% Production | Professional Freedom | State-of-the-Art Facility

We're thrilled to be recruiting for a full-time Veterinarian to join a thriving small animal clinic with a loyal and growing client base. This opportunity offers complete professional autonomy, a supportive team of skilled veterinary technicians, and the chance to work just four midweek days per week (Monday‑Friday). Role Highlights

• Midweek‑Only Schedule: 4 days between Monday‑Friday, hours 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM (1‑hour lunch)
• Established patient base with 30‑minute appointment blocks
• Weekly surgical opportunities, with room to expand based on your interests
• High‑end equipment: Digital X‑ray, ultrasound, laser therapy, in‑house labs, surgical suite
• Some exotic pet cases for those with an interest (optional)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $120,000-$150,000 (negotiable based on experience)
• Production bonus: 21%, with no negative accrual
