Qualifications

  • Comfort with routine dentistry and soft-tissue surgery; mentorship available for developing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care for canine and feline patients including wellness, dentistry, diagnostics, and soft-tissue surgery.
  • Utilize in-house diagnostics, digital radiography, ultrasound to guide case management.
  • Collaborate with technicians and assistants for anesthesia, dentistry, and surgical workflows.
  • Communicate clearly with clients, create treatment plans, and maintain medical records.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-centered culture across outpatient, boarding, and grooming areas as needed.
  • Full-time schedule with weekday daytime shifts and limited Saturday rotation; holiday support as needed.

The Hospital

This established, full-service small animal hospital cares for dogs and cats across preventive health, dentistry, diagnostics, surgery, and client education. The environment is team-first and client-centered, with coordinated support from client service representatives, veterinary technicians and assistants, and dedicated kennel, daycare, and grooming teams. The facility includes:

  • Diagnostic imaging (digital radiography and ultrasound) and basic cardiology diagnostics
  • In-house laboratory for rapid test results
  • Surgical suite for soft-tissue and orthopedic procedures
