Good Hope Animal Hospital in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a compassionate and skilled veterinarian for full-time or part-time roles. We offer a collaborative, supportive team and a state-of-the-art facility with IDEXX in-house lab and advanced imaging.

You’ll perform wellness and sick visits, develop diagnostic and treatment plans, and maintain ongoing education while focusing on high-quality medical care and client communication. PA license eligibility required.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree required.
• 2+ years veterinary hospital experience preferred.
• Ability to attain PA Veterinary License.

Good Hope Animal Hospital is looking to add a full-time or part-time compassionate and skilled veterinarian to our team. We are open Monday through Friday with half day Saturdays and no on-call.

Good Hope Animal Hospital is in Mechanicsburg, PA, and proudly serves pets in south-central Pennsylvania. This area of Pennsylvania is located within 2 hours of Philadelphia and Baltimore, and NYC is close enough for a day trip! Hershey, with its amusement park and concert venues, is less than 30 minutes from our front door. The beautiful farmland and Appalachian Mountains offer plenty of activities, including hiking, boating on local waterways, and concerts.

We provide high-quality medical care to canine, feline, and pocket pet family members. Good Hope is fully equipped with IDEXX in-house lab, digital radiography and dental radiography. Our radiographs are reviewed by SignalPET with full radiology consults available. In surgery we have a CO2 cutting laser. We have separate surgical and dental suites, and patients are monitored by a technician along with anesthetic monitoring including blood pressure, ECG, SPO2 and end tidal CO2. https://goodhopeanimalhospital.com/

REQUIREMENTS

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree
• 2+ years of experience practicing veterinary medicine in a hospital setting is preferred
• Ability to attain PA Veterinary License
