Village Veterinary Clinic in Lompoc, CA is seeking an Associate DVM to join our team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, strong surgical and clinical skills, and a passion for high-quality small animal care.

We're searching for an Associate with 5+ years of experience and solid surgery and clinical skills. While we have an emphasis on small animal services, we also treat large animals and exotics. Our next Associate will focus on small animals, pocket pets are a plus!
This is a full-time, Monday-Friday role comprised of 4-10s or 5-8s and rotating on-call services.

Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. The salary range for this opportunity is $130,000 - $150,000 annually. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
