Three Trails Animal Hospital is hiring an Associate Veterinarian to join our collaborative, well-established team in Independence, MO. Whether you’re an experienced clinician or a recent graduate, you’ll find a supportive environment that values growth, teamwork, and delivering exceptional patient care.

What to Expect

• Salary: $100,000–$120,000 depending on experience
• Production Bonus: 21% production (Total Earning Potential: Up to $150,000+)
• Sign‑on Bonus and relocation assistance available
• Schedule: Consistent 4‑day schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 8am–6pm), every other Saturday (8am–2pm), no on‑call responsibilities, time off on Sundays and all major holidays
