• Practice type: General Practice (Small Animal, currently cat-focused with expansion into canine care)
• Average daily patient volume: High technician support per doctor
• Support staff ratio: Strong technician and assistant support per doctor
• Case mix: preventive care, dentistry, diagnostics, and soft tissue surgery
