Independence Veterinary Clinic in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Experienced Associate Veterinarian with a passion for surgery to join our collaborative team. The position emphasizes soft tissue surgery for dogs and cats, supported by in-house digital radiography, ultrasound, and an on-site lab to enable comprehensive care.

Full-time, four 10-hour days, Monday–Friday with weekends off. Competitive base salary of $120,000–$140,000, up to $30,000 signing bonus, relocation assistance, 401k with 3.5%

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD from an accredited school.
• 2+ years of small animal clinical experience.
• Strong soft tissue surgical skills and genuine love of surgery.

• Salary: base salary of $120,000–$140,000. Relocation assistance available

• Schedule: Full-time, 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (clinic open Monday–Friday, closed weekends)

Requirements:
