We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000–$135,000 per year plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus, a schedule that respects your time, and a supportive 2-to-1 staff-to-doctor ratio. Benefit packages include health, dental, vision, and retirement alongside advanced in-house diagnostics.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid veterinary license in the state of North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care to dogs and cats.
• Support ongoing diagnostics and client communication.
• Contribute to a high-quality standard of patient care in a busy, AAHA-accredited practice.

• A schedule that respects your time. Our last appointment of the day is at 5:00 PM / 6:30 PM depending on the day. You won't be expected to stay late or be on call.
• A 2-to-1 staff to doctor ratio. You will have the support—and respect—you need to be excellent for our patients.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited institution.
