Position Overview

We are seeking a full‑time or part‑time Associate Veterinarian who wants to make an impact – whether that’s in general practice or exploring areas like dentistry, behavior, dermatology, or ophthalmology.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary + 22% production plus bonus opportunities
• Sign‑on / relocation bonus (negotiable)
• Full‑time salary: $150,000–$180,000+ (based on experience)
• Part‑time salary negotiable (starting ~$70,000) dependent on schedule
• CE allowance + professional dues/licenses paid
• Medical, Dental, Vision & 401(k) with employer match
• 4 weeks paid vacation (full‑time)
• Paid sabbatical (4 weeks) every 5 years of service in addition to annual vacation
