Job summary

VCA Seaside Animal Hospital in Boston's North End is hiring a full-time Associate Veterinarian to provide comprehensive general practice and urgent care for companion animals in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

The position offers a salary of $150,000 to $190,000 per year plus production-based incentives (ProSal) and a available sign-on bonus. Flexible scheduling with no on-call or holiday shifts, generous PTO, and a supportive team are provided to help you maintain work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited institution.
• Active veterinary license in good standing in Massachusetts prior to start date.
• Comfort triaging and managing urgent care cases preferred but not required.
• Commitment to collaborative teamwork and high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Our new hospital in Boston's North End is hiring a full-time Associate Veterinarian to provide comprehensive general practice and urgent care services to companion animals in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.
