We're looking for a friendly, motivated Small Animal Veterinarian to join a non‑corporate, award‑winning, multi‑doctor team in the beautiful Fox Valley area near Appleton, WI. One of the vets is relocating in October, giving you the rare chance to step into a well‑supported, collaborative role in a practice that truly values quality care and work‑life balance.

The team are well tenured and keen to mentor. The facilities are beautiful and include laparoscopy, brand‑new ultrasound with echocardiography, rhinoscopy, video otoscopy, radio‑wave electrocautery, cold laser, digital radiography and more.

Appointments are thoughtfully scheduled to avoid overload, with alternated wellness/sick visits, and time to build relationships, educate and truly work up cases. The team also enjoys a dedicated 90‑minute lunch break to properly catch up with each other, rest, reset and walk pets. Staff are respected, valued, and cared for, which is why they have such long tenure.
