A well-established and growing privately owned small animal hospital in Allen, North Dallas, TX is looking to welcome an additional Associate Veterinarian to its team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a veterinarian with a genuine interest in soft tissue surgery who would like to take advantage of a well-equipped surgical suite, receive mentorship from an experienced surgeon, and have the freedom to develop additional areas of clinical interest.
The hospital is ideally seeking a Small Animal Associate Veterinarian with 2+ years of post-graduate experience.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in soft tissue surgery and be excited about increasing their surgical caseload.
The owner veterinarian is a highly experienced surgeon who has worked with a broad range of soft tissue and other surgical cases throughout her career and is happy to provide hands‑on mentorship and support to a veterinarian looking to further develop their surgical abilities.
You will also have the clinical freedom to develop other areas of interest and make a meaningful contribution to the continued growth of the hospital.
The hospital deliberately avoids an overly compressed appointment schedule, allowing veterinarians to provide thoughtful, high-quality care rather than simply focusing on patient volume.
