Job summary

Power Home Remodeling offers a 2-4 month SkillBridge program designed for transitioning service members to gain exposure across multiple departments, guided by a dedicated Pathways team. The goal is to transition participants to full-time roles with sign-on incentives and generous benefits.

Participants gain hands-on experience in revenue, operations, and craftsman training, with multiple U.S. locations listed, including Houston, Dallas, and Austin.

Responsibilities

• Revenue: Client-facing positions in Customer Development and Sales that offer the chance to learn the ‘business of the business’ while being surrounded by some of the best leadership in the country.
• Operations: Logistics, Project Production, and installation management positions that allow you to work in high-performing teams to ensure every project is a 5-star experience for our homeowners.
• Craftsman Academy- A customized schoolhouse to train transitioning service members to install and run installation crews for us.
