• Provides clinical and administrative supervision for up to five Social Workers GS-9 to GS-12.
• Oversees staffing, workload distribution, priorities, and documentation quality.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to resolve complex psychosocial issues.
• Prepares reports, supports program evaluation, and drives quality improvement.
• Coordinates staff training, onboarding, and population-specific consultations.
• Monitors services in assigned clinics, including consults, care coordination, and productivity.
• Conducts targeted outreach to VISN to assess needs and access to specialty/surgical care.
• Delivers individualized care planning and case management across the peri-procedural continuum.
• Develops data-driven quality improvement to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Identifies gaps and works with teams on solutions.
