Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with a State Bar.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Draft appellate briefs for the Board of Veterans’ Appeals and Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
• Conduct thorough review of client files to maximize benefits under US Code and CFR.
