Job summary

Steve & Kate's Camp in Woodinville, WA is seeking energetic staff to chaperone field trips, supervise campers, and help ensure safety and well-being during activities. This role offers an hourly wage of $23.25–$25.75, based on experience, and requires First Aid & CPR before Day 1, 18+, and camp experience.

You’ll travel by bus between stops and join a team that values creativity, play, and an inclusive spirit, while helping youth explore, learn, and have fun in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp–age children, with 1 year preferred, in either a professional, personal or volunteer setting.
• First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp (some locations may require additional certifications).

Responsibilities

• Staff members will be responsible for chaperoning field trips, making connections, and monitoring safety and wellness.
• You’ll travel by bus to multiple stops, all while having fun with kids.
• Actively supervising campers
• Ensure compliance with Camp Policies
• Reporting & Recording details of notable concerns or incidents, and of injuries to campers, other staff members, or self
• Keeping track and being aware of camper allergies and dietary restrictions

Field Trip Hours: 8:45am - 5:15pm

Hourly Wage: $23.25- $25.75 (determined using prior experience)
