Job summary

The Commonwealth of Kentucky seeks a Nurse Aide State Registered I at the Radcliff Veteran Center to assist veterans with daily activities and provide compassionate care. You will help residents with personal hygiene, basic chores, and participate in meaningful activities to promote quality of life.

Must hold current Kentucky Nurse Aide Registry registration and maintain licensure for employment. Locality premium applies; OT eligibility exists for full-time work.

Qualifications

• Must possess current registration with the Kentucky Nurse Aide Registry as administered by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services and Kentucky Board of Nursing.
• Must maintain any required licensure/certification for the length of employment.
• Employing agency is responsible for ensuring credentials are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily life functions.
• Observe and report skin breakdown.
• Aid residents in preparation and participation of activities.
