The role involves washing, drying, folding, labeling, and distributing laundry, following infection control procedures, and maintaining equipment; teamwork and reliability are essential. Join a mission-driven team serving veterans in a caring environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily laundry operations of the facility.
• Wash, dry, fold, sort, and distribute resident clothing, linens, and facility laundry.
• Ensure laundry areas are maintained clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Follow established infection control and safety procedures.
• Properly operate and maintain laundry equipment.
• Label, organize, and track resident garments as required.
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or supply needs to management.
• Support a positive environment for residents, families, visitors, and fellow team members.
