Job summary

Loyal Source is seeking an audiologist to conduct Medical Disability Examinations for veterans. The role involves comprehensive hearing assessments and diagnostic testing, with no treatment provided. Opportunities exist across Loyal Source Clinics nationwide.

Salary consists of base plus monthly incentive, totaling between $111,238 and $129,238 annually. The position requires a Doctor of Audiology degree, active US licensure, and VA credentialing familiarity.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Audiology from an ACAE/CAA/ASHA-accredited program.
• Minimum of 1 year of audiology experience.
• Full, active, unencumbered Audiology license in the US.
• BLS certification from a recognized body (AHA/ARC/ASHI).
• Fluency/use of EMR systems and technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic hearing evaluations for adults, including veterans for disability exams.
• Input audiometric data into DBQ format within 24 hours of exam for rating purposes.
• Provide full medical record review with rationale as needed.
• Maintain flexibility to accommodate referral volumes and meet goals.
• Meet VA credentialing requirements.
• Provide written reports and progress notes.

Certificate of clinical competence-Audiology (CCC-A)
