Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field or professional certification.
• Must possess a valid Arizona driver’s license and DPS clearance card.
• Degree/certification must be current at hire or within one year.

Responsibilities

• Develop a monthly recreation calendar and maintain the activity bulletin board.
• Purchase items needed for planned programming and manage supplies.
• Maintain a personal caseload of Veterans/Members and document progress.
• Conduct therapy sessions in accordance with treatment plans and community events.
• Maintain clinical and administrative records and attend care plan meetings.
