Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in rehabilitation counseling from CACREP-accredited program (or CHEA-equivalent).
• CRC certification (certified rehabilitation counselor) required to practice vocational rehab counseling.
• U.S. citizenship; non-citizens may be appointed where recruitment is not possible as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Promote functioning, independence, and community reintegration for Veterans with disabilities.
• Apply counseling and clinical modalities to support employment and adjustment to disability.
• Develop individual service plans and coordinate with healthcare and community resources.
