The role involves developing care plans, supervising PTAs, and coordinating with the care team to ensure high-quality rehabilitation services. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, modifying plans as needed, and maintaining compliant patient records while supporting student education programs.

Formación

• Must meet at least one basic requirement: degree in Physical Therapy and appropriate experience or licensure.

Responsabilidades

• The incumbent provides assessment and treatment interventions for Veterans.
• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans.
• Supervises PTAs and supports PT staff as needed.
• Maintains records per VA policies and attends rounds/conferences.
