Job summary

Empower Mental Health is seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to conduct Veteran compensation and pension disability evaluations in a flexible, private-pay setting. In-person work with various employment types including part-time, contract, and per diem offers.

Two years of clinical experience and an active NP or PA license are required; DBQ completion proficiency is preferred. Competitive hourly compensation and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Two years of clinical experience.
• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Experience with Veterans is a plus.
• Proficiency with computers and online documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs).

Responsibilities

• Conduct compensation & pension disability evaluations for Veterans.
• No medication management or continuous care required.
• Tailor workload with flexible scheduling.
