The Veteran Development Program is a unique opportunity for experienced Navy, Marine, Army or Air Force, Coast Guard, and Space Force commissioned officers to work a 2-year rotational program in Louisville, KY, Decatur, AL, or LaFayette, GA. Qualified candidates are selected to start their careers in a 2 year, cross-functional, rotational training program, which includes both on-the-job and formal classroom training. The program is focused on providing a broad range of useful experience while cultivating the skills you will need to enjoy a successful career. As a participant in this program, you may perform your rotations in several functional business areas, primarily in manufacturing, operations and supply chain.
