Qualifications

• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• Negative TB test results.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods as needed.
• Two professional references.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance with activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist clients with mobility and transportation to appointments or errands.
• Prepare meals and help with feeding, considering dietary needs.
• Offer companionship to enrich clients’ emotional well‑being.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior to families or healthcare professionals.
