Job summary

Upscale Home Care is seeking Veteran Caregivers to provide in-home support for veterans in Concho, AZ. Roles include both part-time and full-time opportunities with compensation of $18–$20 per hour and weekly pay.

You will work with a clinical team to create individualized care plans, while maintaining dignity and independence for clients. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of caregiving experience, a high school diploma, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring complete and timely documentation of client care

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in caregiving and veterans' services

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field (minimum)

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to be trained in veterans' services and regulations

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to caregiving

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
