Job summary

Robert J Dole VA Medical Center in Wichita, KS is seeking a full-time Urologist to serve Veteran patients across ambulatory and inpatient settings, including outpatient clinics, ICU, Med/Surg, and the Emergency Department.

You will provide direct patient care, guide residents and mid-level providers, participate in service delivery improvements, and collaborate with VA colleagues and community partners to deliver comprehensive urology services.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to urology patients
• Guide and educate residents and mid-level providers in the Urology section
• Participate in service delivery improvement initiatives within the facility
• Coordinate with VA providers and outside facilities to implement the plan of care for veterans
• Perform consultations within their service lines and contribute to education and research as appropriate
