Job summary

Elite is seeking U.S. military veterans with an honorable discharge and 3+ years of hands-on mechanical experience to join our service team as Automotive Technicians.

You will work on a variety of vehicles and equipment in a fast-paced shop, applying discipline and technical knowledge daily. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues, following manufacturer procedures, documenting work, and collaborating with teammates to complete

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Military Veteran with an Honorable Discharge.
• 3+ years of hands-on mechanical experience from military or civilian work.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass pre-employment screening and drug test.
• Available for full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and vehicle inspections.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic equipment and technical manuals.
• Inspect and service brakes, steering, suspension, engines, and other vehicle systems.
• Follow manufacturer specifications and dealership repair procedures.
• Document completed work and communicate repair recommendations to the service team.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely.
• Participate in technical training to strengthen automotive knowledge and repair skills.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow workplace safety procedures.
• Work with technicians and service leadership to complete repairs efficiently and accurately.
