Job summary

A leading automotive apprenticeship initiative offers skilled military Veterans the chance to become Kia Certified Service Technicians. Applicants will diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles while benefiting from a one-year competency-based GI Bill approved apprenticeship. Veterans will receive training, access to necessary tools, and a Monthly Housing Allowance during the program. Full-time employment opportunities are available through independently owned Kia Retailers across the United States.

Qualifications

• Honorable discharge from military service is required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in a technical or mechanical field.
• Willingness to complete drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles.
• Complete repair and warranty request orders.
• Test drive and analyze vehicles.
• Perform diagnostics and provide customer service.
