Job summary

Ers Elite in the United States seeks U.S. Military Veterans with an Honorable Discharge and 3+ years of hands-on mechanical experience to join our service team as an Automotive Technician.

Your experience may come from military service, civilian work, or both, and you will develop diagnostic and repair knowledge. Key responsibilities include routine maintenance, diagnostics, brakes, engines, and documenting work.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Military Veteran with an Honorable Discharge; documentation required.
• Must have three or more years of hands-on mechanical experience through military service, civilian work, or a combination of both.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and follow technical manuals, repair instructions, and schematics.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and vehicle inspections
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic equipment and technical manuals
• Inspect and service brakes, steering, suspension, engines, and other vehicle systems
• Follow manufacturer specifications and dealership repair procedures
• Document completed work and communicate repair recommendations to the service team
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely
• Participate in technical training to strengthen automotive knowledge and repair skills
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow workplace safety procedures
• Work with technicians and service leadership to complete repairs efficiently and accurately
