Job summary

Petco Animal Supplies, Inc. is seeking a Vetco Customer Service Team Member who will meet the team at our local dispatch office and travel to assigned Petco clinic locations for the day.

You will greet pet parents, recommend services to protect their pets, assist the Veterinarian to ensure services are performed, and contribute to a positive, energetic team environment.

Qualifications

• Must love dogs and people.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Willing to travel within the market.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Vetco Customer Service Team Member

As a Vetco Customer Service Team member, you will meet your team at our local dispatch office, then travel to your assigned Petco clinic locations for the day. At the clinics, you and your team will greet the pet parents and recommend the services that will best protect their pets. The Customer Service Team will assist the Veterinarian so the services can be administered and thank the pet parent for protecting their pet with Vetco!
