Job description
Harrison Animal Hospital takes great pride in being a part of this community and working closely with our clients and their pets. Our veterinary team takes a hands‑on approach to veterinary medicine – we’re down to earth and practical but use all the technology and skill required for a state‑of‑the‑art practice.
Come extern with us! Heartland Veterinary Partners' Externship Program works to provide veterinary students with hands‑on experience and mentorship to help prepare them to be "practice ready" by their first day in practice. Externships are typically 2 weeks long, and Heartland will cover the cost of lodging if needed. Length of externship is flexible, and we can support your preceptorship documentation as well.
- Must be currently enrolled in an AVMA Accredited Veterinary School.
- Must be able to provide student PLIT.
