Qualifications

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university, and an active veterinary state license.
• 3+ Years of Veterinarian Experience
• Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire
• Compassionate leader with the experience and willingness to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture as it aligns with Alliance Animal Health’s core values
• Effective communicator with a drive to provide the highest quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians to do so as well

Responsibilities

• Lead a veterinary practice as Medical Director with ownership and equity, building the hospital with Alliance Animal Health.
• Deliver world‑class medicine and mentor veterinarians to maintain high standards of care.
• Promote a positive clinic culture and collaborate with the broader network to support successful practices.
